Signet streamlines the entire HR document lifecycle for growing organisations. Built on Django with a multi-tenant architecture, it enables HR teams to generate professionally branded employee letters in seconds — offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, salary revisions, internship letters, and termination letters — each with customisable clauses, company watermarks, and consistent branding. Every document follows a structured workflow from draft through preview, generation, sending, signing, and archival, with a complete activity audit trail including timestamps and IP addresses. The platform supports per-tenant databases for strict data isolation, role-based access control across super admins, tenant admins, HR managers, and employees, and configurable company policies that auto-populate into document templates. With built-in PDF generation via Playwright (with xhtml2pdf fallback), Indian number formatting, CTC-to-words conversion, and a searchable user manual, Signet is purpose-built for Indian HR compliance and enterprise-grade document management.
