The platform supports per-tenant databases for strict data isolation, role-based access control across super admins, tenant admins, HR managers, and employees, and configurable company policies that auto-populate into document templates. With built-in PDF generation via Playwright (with xhtml2pdf fallback), Indian number formatting, CTC-to-words conversion, and a searchable user manual, Signet is purpose-built for Indian HR compliance and enterprise-grade document management.
